One of FANS objective is to encourage exchange of information and experiences in nutrition research, action programmes and trainings through Asian Congress of Nutrition, which held every four years. Up till now, Asian Congress of Nutrition (ACN) was organized 13 times. The current ACN, which is the 13th ACN was organized by The Food and Nutrition Society of Indonesia held on 4th -7th August 2019 in Bali – Indonesia, when I was started my presidency of FANS. Then the next ACN is 14th ACN will be held in 2023 in Hangzhou – China.
Since it was born, FANS has brought together the brightest minds in nutrition science and related professions from academia, government, and industry to solve the nutrition problems and challenges.
